epda Spring Conference: Back from Hamburg
WHAT A FLOW OF INSPIRATION!
The many different topics tackled by our brilliant speakers made the conference so special — a day full of insights, encouraging ideas, and creative energy.
Highlights we're still buzzing about:
Áine & Lucy – Designing for all. Co-designing with and for people with disabilities. Progress, not perfection. Let’s start!
Uwe & René – Adapting a legacy brand to a younger generation – the relaunch of the Salamander brand.
Thomas – A glimpse into what colour consultancy can do to reproduce colour in packaging. Get things right.
Richard – Ideas and hope in times of uncertainty: How can we design ourselves out of the problem?
Benjamin, Christoph, Vivien & Stefan – The Intelligent Pack: one code, endless possibilities to communicate information and create the customer journey.
Natalia & Ronnie – How to bring soul into the packaging of intangible goods. And: what it means to design with fun and play.
Karsten – Sound design in a noisy world: an integral part of branding.
Hernán – Design in Latin America: What is different, what do we have in common? Sneak preview of the next epda event.
Last but not least, we learned a lot about German design: Is there such a thing? Where do we come from? Where are we going?
A rich mosaic of perspectives from Joana, Peter, Ana & Sebastian, moderated by Christian.
Soraya was an amazing chairwoman, spinning the red thread to “keep the rhythm of the flow.”
The extras:
Live music by Jeff Harrison, magic by Jörg Willich, a stunning concert by Brosiehood, and our sunset cruise on Frau Hedi with DJOJ (Olaf Jessen).
Great ideas for our social programme thanks to our very committed and heartfelt VP Uwe.
Thanks to all who joined us — for your presence, your ideas, and your Flow.
