POȘTA ROMÂNĂ – Rebranding a national icon

POȘTA ROMÂNĂ, founded in 1862, is one of Romania’s most emblematic brands, with over 20,000 employees and 1,500 post offices nationwide. Its previous identity no longer reflected the company’s scale or ambitions. Beyond traditional postal services, POȘTA ROMÂNĂ had evolved into logistics, courier, financial-digital services, and real estate. The goal: to redefine the brand architecture and create a new identity system that supports its ambition to grow in last-mile delivery and connect with younger audiences — while preserving the trust and heritage of a national icon.

INOVEO led the full rebranding process, from strategy to implementation. We restructured the brand architecture and created distinct identities for each business line, including the new courier brand ZOR — a Romanian word that means “doing everything in your power to make it happen.” Short, strong, and phonetically memorable, ZOR was designed to express the company’s regional ambitions and agility.

The new visual identity of POȘTA ROMÂNĂ keeps the historic red as a symbol of continuity and trust, while introducing a dynamic, motion-ready system. The connected letters represent the infrastructure linking divisions, citizens, and businesses — and by extension, Romania with the world. POȘTA ROMÂNĂ emerges as a modern national icon: rooted in history, relevant for the future.

ENVISIA – Boards of Elite Education

Envisia is the first School of Corporate Governance in Romania, created to educate and certify future board members across Central and Eastern Europe. The brief was to develop a brand that conveys prestige, academic rigor, and trust, yet stands out from the rigid visual codes of the corporate world.

INOVEO built the brand around the idea of the Circle of Trust, with the two founders placed at its core — symbolizing both leadership and connection. To bring warmth and vitality to a field often seen as black and white, the color palette drew inspiration from nature — flora and fauna — expressing renewal, diversity, and depth. The corporate materials are full of vibrant tones, while the academic materials preserve structure and clarity. The brand system was designed to reflect Envisia’s three pillars: open and short-term courses, corporate governance advisory, and the MBA programs developed with international partners.

Envisia’s new identity blends credibility with life and relevance. Three years after launch, its community of board directors tripled. The brand has become a regional reference for professional excellence and trust in corporate education.

TOFF GALLERIES by Stirbei Palace – The New Language of Luxury Retail in Romania

The challenge was to create a brand and visual identity for TOFF GALLERIES by Stirbei Palace, the first luxury hotspot in Romania, located in the restored Stirbei Palace on Victory Avenue — once the residence of Prince Stirbei. When INOVEO joined the project, the palace was still a construction site, and the client urgently needed a strong brand identity for presentations during the buying season, ahead of visits to luxury brands in Paris and Milan.

Applying its proprietary branding methodology, INOVEO built the brand around the concept of “Savoir Luxury” – the university of Romanian refinement: a space where luxury is not displayed but understood, lived, and cultivated. The manifesto defines refinement as a discipline — knowing when to listen, how to preserve a gesture, how to build relationships, and how to let light speak.

The visual identity draws inspiration from the neoclassical architecture of the 1835 palace, with minimalist reinterpretations of the caryatids as symbols of cultivated refinement. INOVEO also articulated the brand narrative and inspired the naming of the rooms that now host over 30 luxury brands, fine dining, a cigar and champagne bar.

TOFF GALLERIES by Stirbei Palace is not a decorative backdrop but a living entity with identity, memory, and voice — a place where beauty has consciousness, rigor, and measure.
