The epda LIVE FLASH is a new event format, which invites you to meet us per video online. There will be 3 different sessions offered exclusively to epda members and epda partners in spring 2020. After we all took a huge effort to organise remote work places, we are now facing the challenge to work effectively together as a remote team. There are certainly more needs & opportunities than to just share presentations online. Let’s look at how we can organise ourselves best – at how to optimise work processes, team work, digital workshops and how to avoid misleading communication or lack of information. Karel Golta will help us understand what is happening around us and introduce us to tools that might help us overcome the crisis.
