Moreover, I have also discovered (with some surprise) that working remotely, we were very efficient. On the other hand, some say “People are more productive at home but more creative at the office”. What should be the new model then? How to find the right balance? How to make sure you do not lose the common spirit, that something that makes the agency the agency, not a combination of talents only?”
