The lockdown is progressively easing across Europe but our lockdown experiences will change how we work, shop and cook for the months and years to come. Designers and food manufacturers will have to rethink products, packaging and delivery methods. Packaging in particular has been re-evaluated (and plastic has made a big come back for hygiene benefits) but the desire for a more sustainable lifestyle is still very much alive – if not more pressing than ever.
Plan, a London based design & product strategy consultancy, will share in a webinar the results of an in-depth study, combining a consumer survey (among 135 UK and European consumers), individual interviews, and related industry and consumer trends. Their analysis uncovered shifts in behaviours, such as:
