My experience of being relevant is to constantly invent myself and the agency’s offering. Dare to stick to your offer but do not stay in development when it comes to trying new things. One way to develop the agency is to acquire a great deal of knowledge of the customer’s business, create trust so that the agency receives inquiries that are outside the normal deliveries.
